The biggest (and I do mean biggest) problem with UPS is the maximum size limits on packages. What is termed "combined girth" can not exceed 130". You determine combined girth by measuring around the end of the package and then down the longest side. This dimension must be <=130" to ship via UPS. It really depends on the size of the horn if this is possible; it's almost always impossible if a case is included.
