I have a Besson four valve, compensating horn that is really a great all around tuba. It has upright action and the valves have been recently overhauled. It's been owned by Arnold Jacobs who offered to buy it back and Joe Novotny and works very, very well for everything. The sound is big and it's feel is very consistant through out the whole horn with good intonation. i have an Altieri bag and a flight case for it and would like to sell them all for $4000 o.b.o..
