Another option I've seen done some is to find some old silver quarters and have them soldered onto the tip of the keys. They can be placed any where on the key to facilitate where you fingers feel most confortable. You need the silver quarters because the silver is solderable. Besides that the older quarters look better. Also I think this works better because the quarters have a ridge on the edge of the quarter that allows for a better grip on the keys. Once you get the quarters, you can have anyone competent with soldering put them on. After using it a while, if you don't like where they are, just unsolder them and resolder in a new place, or remove them altogether.
