I use an Arnold Jacobs mouthpiece on a pretty regular basis. I alternate between that and my Bach 18 Megatone, depending on what kind of piece I'm playing. It does have a nice middle range, and the lower range has good direction. Articulation in the lower range seems a little cleaner. You can find more info about the mouthpiece from Windsong Press.
