If you have any type of somewhat-savvy full-line music store in your town, they can order this junk from Allied Supply Corporation or Badger State Music (both are wholesale only) for you. If your store has a repair department, they probably order stuff from these places.
If you have access to it, the bumpers can be cut from solid round neoprene "rod" material (minimum 1/4" diameter). However, you have to know the "trick" for installing it in order to avoid scarring the instrument (and your fingers) up.
