I love my PT-6! I have to agree with the other poster who said that this is the optimal "big tuba size". I know there are plenty of people out there who like 6/4 horns, but I have to admit that I am not "man enough" as a player to use them effectively. I would suggest (as I would in any case) that you try before you buy. In any case, best wishes in your search.
