For people with the performance anxiety type of social phobia,
overpreparing can make things worse. Practice the piece early;
don't spend the entire week before the audition working on the
piece, or you'll work yourself up even worse. Pratice performing
it, for your friends, parents, etc... make a formal setup in
the living room with seats, ask your "audience" (even if it's
just one person) to be very quiet and serious about this, then
leave the room, come back in silence, set up your music and
perform. But again, don't do this stuff a few days prior to
the audition.

While it may not help you in time for the upcoming audition,
I'd suggest spending some time with a book called "Overcoming
Stage Fright in Everyday Life" by Joyce Ashley.

Good luck, and remember, you've already made it 4 years. It's
no big deal.
