I have found a bit more information. Apparently Mr Jenkel later went on to the L.A. Philharmonic and the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, (according to a Miraphone ad from 1961). He is pictured playing a model 186-4U CC tuba. T.U.B.A. Volume 9, No. 4 has an article about Tubby which states, "...Annette Funicello and Tommy Johnson playing on Disneyland 1287; Simon Says 19, Wonderland 8 and Peter Pan 8044 have alternate versions." It's hard to tell whether that means alternates with Annette and Tommy Johnson or alternates with others. Who is narrating on your record? By the way, the price of a new Miraphone 186-4U in 1961: $850.00. Hope some of this helps.
