This is not directly tuba-related, but I thought of it while I was working on
arranging a medley of Oliver Nelson tunes for my low brass ensemble. Does anyone
know what it takes to publish an arrangement like this (in other words, what
kinds of red tape you would have to go through to publish arrangements of someone
else's music)? Thanks in advance for any insight (not that I'm actually thinking
of publishing just yet; just curious).
