The best way to get the original handwritten score with all the original notes/articulations/etc. is by finding someone who has it and making a copy. An even bigger consideration is watching who you loan it out to. Me, for instance...I got my copy from Roger Bobo 2 years ago. Shortly after that, I auditioned to perform the concerto with my school's orchestra. I gave the score to the conductor, who was also one of my professors, and haven't seen it since. Anyway...it's definitely worth finding. The notes and articulations make so much more sense than the published tuba part.
