Read Art’s reply above. The math is complicated, and so is the answer. But basically an added 4th valve would give you no notes, that 1+3 would not produce exactly as well on your present instrument. And the potentially added lower range would be very hard to get in tune.
The benefit to cost ratio of and addition would be disappointing.
