Johann Sebastian Bach "Dance Movements for Tuba (or Euphonium)" from Six Suites for Cello Solo Transcribed by Abe Torchinsky Pub:G. Schirmer/ New York . London ED.2975

Steve this is all of the information on the title page. I have not bought this for many years (price on cover is $2.50) and J. W. Pepper site says:" We have been informed by the Publisher that this item is discontinued and no longer in print. If we do not have any remaining inventory we will not be able to supply it." So you may find it there if they have it. Their last price was $4.75.

Sorry I could not give a more positive response but a music library may have it. These are fun to play and will stretch your chops if played on a tuba in place. You can easily drop them an octave and they sound fine that way, too.
