I've been wondering that myself. It most certainly looks like an EE flat monster however the 4 th valve tubing position looks unusal and has quite different contour of flow to the rest of the horn. I've not seen a genuine 4 ve EE monster though if you remember the BB 4 ve York that sold on ebay recently you'll note an entirely different 4 ve tubing configuration. I'd say you guess is as good as mine.
