Almost all of the manufacturers make compensating tubas but since they seem only popular in British Brass Bands not many are sold by any company except Besson. The exception is Hirsbrunner who sells many of them to the Swiss schools. If you would look at my link you would find that compensating is needed on all valved instruments.

The euphs have followed the path of the greatest players in the modern time who wisely used compensating instruments (patented in 1879 or so). In the tuba world the players who succeeded on old fashioned instruments were the best 30 or 40 years ago and they still cause people to want old out of tune instruments!
