Here's another link talking about cryogenic freezing of brass instruments. It looks like a good way to make money for repair shops, but at least some people claim to see benefits. I have had work done by The Brass Bow, who's site is referenced below, and I have found them to be honest and do high quality work.
Personally I wouldn't spend the $300-$400 to have it done, unless there were some real compelling reason.
