I did this just a few years back, the parts were rented and arrived in 3 days after calling in the order and a FAX confirmation. Oxford and Robert Hare and the laws are important if we want such worthwhile publishing to continue. As a tuba and conducting person I stronglly believe in being professional and operating with the same standards as other real musicians.
