It certainly is. I don't recall the bore size on mine, but a SHII (large shank that fits in an Alex CC-not the new ones) fit just right. I don't know that they are the same, but the bore was much larger than most 4/4 horns. What you might think of when one talks about European bore size.
BTW, you should really quit talking about Rudy 3/4's. I'm am experiencing grief all over again. Woe is me...woe is me......
