Josh has it right, of course. Not very likely that you have a 2/3 slide on your fifth valve on a YFB 621.

Just for kicks and giggles that same lick with the longer fifth would be 12345-2345-235-4-1-open or open-2345-235-4-1-open depending upon your horn and your preference. On many horns there is a significant change in timbre going from the open pedel to a Gb with lots of valves mashed down. It's also a lot easier to start with 'em all already down and peel away the valves. On my PT-15 both options work equally well and I've never settled on one over the other.

In the final movement I typically play the C to Db trill starting on an open C then 5 for the Db and wiggle the second valve for the trill. 5-25 landing on an open C at the end.
