Your current mouthpiece has dimensions of:
33.5mm cup diameter
7mm rim width
8.2mm throat bore
Given those dimensions, it shouldn't be too hard to come up with a mouthpiece that has that cup diameter (33.5) but has a shallower cup depth. You also might look at a mouthpiece that has a smaller throat bore. My suggestion would be to contact Doug Elliott and see what he has to offer. Doug found me a really great mouthpiece that is a copy of the PT-8S (the only PT mouthpiece I use) but has several options for the outer size of the shank. This tells me that Doug is very familiar with the PT line and can offer you that rim configuration with different cup depths and throat bore sizes.
