Grad assistantship in tuba starting fall of 2002 - Masters or Doctoral level. 6 hours of out of state tuition (first year - 6 hours of instate second year) and approximately $6000 in stipend. 10 hours per week work load - 5 hours in Graduate Brass quintet and University Orchestra or Wind Ensemble - 5 hours helping out in an academic class (music appreciation, history of jazz e.g.) Degree plans in performance and performance/pedagogy.
Should be about 16 majors in the fall - 6 euphonium, 10 tuba. 3 grad students - 13 undergrad.
