Brook mays has a king 2341 in stock right now that is the best BBb tuba I have ever played, but all the kings have been just as good. I love that horn, as does everybody that has played it. the price is $4200 with case. The Schmidt is a nice horn too, with a mellower, rounder sound. If you have a chance to come buy the store, we can sit down a compare the two side to side.
I have included a link with a customers reaction to the king, and you could also do a archive search for "2341" and read other's reactions to the horn. I don't remember ever reading any negitive comments about it.
