This sounds very intriguing, Daryl. However, why would someone pay $895 for this kit, when they could get their hands on a big magnet (maybe an electromagnet) for a fraction of this price, and use their own ball bearings or mandrels with it? Is there something special about the shape of the UMI magnet?
