The physical "thing" is between your ears. If you think you CAN'T play in the morning, you're right. If you think you CAN play in the morning, you'll also be right.
The mind believes everything it is told. It does not know the difference between can and can't, only that what it is told is correct. So.......it's all up to what you want your brain to believe. YOU hold the key and it's in that 3 or 4 inches between your ears.
