MAN! Can I relate to this! My low notes sound like CRAP in the morning. I can pick off ANYTHING above the staff, but low F? FORGEDABOUDIT! If I have some low playing to do in the morning, I HAVE to get up a little early and play some LOW Rochuts. This is the ONLY way I can get my lips soft and supple enought to get into the low register. Sorry, no shortcuts here.
