All but two of my eight sousas/tubas are silver (most of 'em satin finish). So far, all of the buffing I've had to do has been very minor. I know, I know... It's VERY messy, dusty, dirty, gritty, oily, etc., etc.. .. but it can't be much worse that sanding down an old Chevy, working with epoxy paint, or scooping 20 years of gunk out of an oil pan. I'm not really looking forward to doing any serious buffing!
