I just received a CD-ROM called "Vocal Exercises, The Ultimate Collection" from CD Sheet music. This CD has, in PDF form, a pile of methods and exercise books, including Bordogni, Panofka, Concone, Marchesi...you name it. Over 3,000 pages of the stuff.
There are a couple of gotchas:
1. You've got to be willing to read treble clef, but that's no biggie, right?
2. You've got to print the music out youself.
Most of this stuff comes in score format with piano accompaniment and voice on the same page.
Price was under $20. I got mine through Ted Brown Music in Tacoma, but your local dealer should be able to order it for you.
