Well the common complaints are very sharp A's (and each one is a different degree of sharp) and the D# below the staff is generally very flat. I think this is a product of the attempt to "fix" the HB2P (which didn't need fixing in the first place). To compensate for taking the curly-Q out of the leadpipe, they added a bunch of straight tubing in the other branches - and I mean straight - no tapering at all. I think this makes it stuffier too.

Including myself, I know of at least five people that eventually sold theirs for something else because the longer you live with it, the more perplexing it gets. In my opinion, the HB2P is a far superior instrument if you can get your hands on one.
