I mentioned my King 2341 shipped with a patched first valve. Last night, I asked Matt at Dillon Music to see if UMI would replace it. I don't expect it to sound better, I just don't think new horns should be shipping with patched pistons. Was currious to see how they would respond.
First thing this morning, I a had an e-mail saying UMI told him they'd have a new one on my doorstep in less than a week.
Anyone else had experience with UMI's customer support after the sale?
