No, but they will ship you a horn if you pay for it first. They'll charge you the cost of the horn plus the cost of shipping. If you don't like the horn, you return it, again at your cost, and when it arrives safe and sound you get your money back. Of course, by then you're out close to $200.00 which is enough to travel just about anywhere in the continental US on Greyhound. Doesn't make much sense, does it?
