There are a few minor differences, for example the first valve does not have a tuning slide at the top of the valve tubinbg for tuning on the fly purposes. This is the only thing I really know for sure. Again there may be some other minor detail differences that I do not know about. But most of the specs as far as bore and bell collar size are the same.
