IMO the brits are far too business savvy to target our market right now with those horns...our economy has kinda gone flat and tuba sales are NOT what they were two years ago when this whole "project talk" started. I hope in a way I'm wrong, would love to see if a "mass-produced" horn can be cranked out for 2/3 what the "hand-built's" originator sold them for, and BE a comparable quality and comparable playing-characteristics horn.
Just not sure if there's enough MASS in the market right now ( for more understanding of what I am getting at type "capacity planning" into your web browser.)
