I "discovered" a book by RVW's copyist, something like "My Time with Vaughan-Williams" in the North Texas library. Was considered a big deal by no less than Deanna Bush, and my resultant paper was held on reserve for some time.
Being excessively lazy (and unsure of which way--concerto-wise--you're going) I won't dig through my dust-covered closets trying to find my old research paper until/unless you think you need it.
