I have a great peice of equiptment that will do the job. It is a device that can be used through out your house hold, it really works well to get rid of nasty oders, such as cigerete smoke, mold, mildew, pet, yes even the smell of a old horn case. Perhaps if you get the small unit one could close the case with the tuba in it and make the tuba not taste like the last peice of food thrown in it a year ago. Of coarse wash it out first. It gives of a very nice clean fresh sanitized smell like when it thunder storms. Check it out this works very well for a lot of diferent odder problems and it is healthy no chemicals to harm you!!!!!
