I think these lists are about the nicest thing we tuba players can do for each other. I play bass for living and tuba for about 10 percent of my gigs in a good year. However, for someone who wants these orchestra jobs, "the real list" is quite important, and I thank the person who put it up. As far as "look guys" goes, if you have an opinion, the least you could do would be to sign your name. I would guess it's easy to be brave while your hiding, have you been subbing in the BSO?
