I play a Dennis Wick 2L on my 982 Besson Eb. Its a good mouthpiece if u practice a lot - just don't have a week or two away from your tube!
It gives a good bottom end to the Eb and high notes are achievable with a bit of practice as long as your breath support is there. It is a mouthpiece that took me a while to get used to (because I wasn't breathing properly) but was a massive improvement over the Wick 3L I was playing before.
I hear the Perantucci PT 84 works well on Eb's - haven't had the chance to try it myself, but Steve Rosse' (Sydney Symphony Tubist) recommends them for Eb.
