I think it was an option on any Miraphone model. It hasn't been made for years, so finding a new horn with them is highly unlikely. I like the presto system a lot, but it is delicate and requires more upkeep that a traditional setup. I had a Miraphone 186 with presto valves for a few years and liked them just fine. Actually, I liked everything about that horn despite the fact it was a school owned BBb.
