They might be right.
If you have found a horn you like, don't worry if it only has four valves. If you need a five valve tuba, you would be able to go and get one, like if you go on tour with the orchestra that only plays Respighi's Church Windows. Heck, if you needed a low Db, you could get a BBb tuba.
