If any of you high schoolers are looking for a great place to take lessons,
practice, perform, sail, swim, etc........check out the New England Music Camp in Sidney, Maine.
There are two bands and two orchestras (and two choral groups)each session.
There are two separate four week sessions, or you can gut it out for all eight weeks.
The lobstah and the chowdah are magnificent. Maine is a great place to spend the summer. It sure beats the 90-100 degree temperatures and 100% humidity I leave behind in North Carolina every summer.
