Hey everybody,
What do you know about this festival? I know it is held in NC, and is and orchestra type festival. If anyone has ever been can you give me some details on what the experience is like there? The repotoire for this year is Bernstein-Divertimento, Mahler-Totenfeier, Rimsky-Korsakov-Scheherazade, Sibelius-Finlandia, Janacek-Sinfonietta, Saint-Saens, Dance Macabre, Ravel-Alborado del grazioso, and Prokofiev-Lt. Kije Suite. There are going to be faculty, guests, and others there teaching and performing. I'm really just looking for some insight on the experience of it, and whatever else you'ld like to throw in. Thanks for the insight.
