I am posting this to get some feedback about people's experiences with tuba hard cases.
Have people had better success with fiberglass or wooden cases? I would like to get some hard cases that do not weigh 80 lbs. without the tubas in them (like my Unitech cases) but I want some seriously protective and durable hardware. Also, I would like for them to be weildy enough to be able to haul 2 of them through an airport and not feel like my back is going to give out.
I am particularly interested in comments regarding MTS, Willson, and Walt Johnson cases.
Any suggestions/input would be fantastic.
