The biggest thing to remember is that not all hard cases are flight cases, but all flight cases are hard cases.
That said, I don't think you're going to find anything that is flight worthy that is going to be a lot different than the Unitec cases you already have. Personally, I'd rather deal with the weight issue now than the getting a damaged horn repaired later issue. My needs only call for hard case use during air travel, thus I own two anvil cases which are similar to your unitec cases, but are custom built to my specs...they are very heavy, but for air travel, I wouldn't have it any other way.
If you don't mind me asking, besides the weight, why do you want to buy another hard case when you already have the unitecs?
