I got out to a convention today to try out some tubas. I played a bunch of horns. The Kalison outplayed every tuba there. It sounded better than the B&S's, a 4/4 hirsbrunner, and some others. My question is how does a gronitz PCM compare to the DS? I wish they would have had one there. Also, have there been changes in Kalison's tubas in the past years? the one I played sounded a lot higher quality than what I hear on this board reguraly.
