into the horn. I have never seen anyone who actually did this, but have heard that pouring a quart of buttermilk in the horn and letting it curdle does something good for the brass and the sound(seems like the brass is the only winner in this situation!). Has anyone ever really seen this done?
Just an interesting anecdote, as for me i'll stick with less smelly break in methods.
