Lets start with the basics. When you inhale make a "poe" sound. Make it as low as possible. This will help you fill your lungs from the bottom to the top. Next do some simple breathing exercises. Start with in for four counts out for four counts and crescendo while you exhale. Make sure you push from the Gut. Once you have mastered this exercise, extend the exhale to eight counts. Once you master this you can continue to increase. Try to do this twice a day. Once when you wake up in the morning and once before you go to bed.
