I have to agree with Ken. My wife went through a very similar decision when she was in college. She finally decided to drop out of school to go to work. She has regreted it ever since. Not having a bachelor's degree has prevented her from getting a number of jobs even though she had the practical experience. Especially since you are a Junior, just take the year and get a degree, it almost doesn't matter in what. You will never regret it.
