Actually, that was my first solution to the problem. The unit owns a small Cerveny BBb. That horn will make a lovely floor lamp for someone, one day. The intonation on that horn is, especially, awful. Bb and BBb are impossible to get in tune with each other, even using alternate fingerings.
As for the "butt in a foreign land" thing, your thanks are greatly appreciated. It's pretty easy to feel overworked, and underappreciated out here, especially when your wife and family aren't allowed to come out with you.
