Just read a great book (in my opinion) called "Audition Success" by Don Greene. It seems to be out of print (got mine at the local library) but you may be able to find it used. He also wrote "Performance Success" and "How to Overcome Fear and Win". Mr. Greeene is a sports psychologist who has consulted with the Olympic teams and who then got involved with musicians. His methods are straight forward and easy.
