I owned one of the 3+1 Besson Fs. I traded it in on a Besson front action EEb at the Brasswind. It was a sweet sounding horn that played and sounded more like a euhponium. I liked the way it played, but it seemed almost too small for my needs(and I like small Fs). I know of one that is owned by Art Hicks who retired from the Louisville Orchestra a couple of years ago. I will see him tomorrow and find out if he is interested in selling it. I'll post if it is available.
