In my opinion, the easiest way to make the conversion from one digital standard to another is through analog audio. This will automatically smooth out any aliasing that results from resampling, and if the equipment is even marginally good, will not degrade the sound in any audible way. Antialiasing software will probably have similar effects on the sound as analog conversion, and aliasing will make it sound worse.
