I haven't seen any of the very-recent-vintage B&H-made baritones with nylon guides, but...
...Is there a chance that Yamaha guides will fit?...or that Yamaha guides will fit with very minor adaptation? In the last couple of years, Yamaha has come out with a new material that's tougher than the original material. Yes, they are a tiny-tiny bit noisier than the soft ones, but still silent when compared to metal. Needless to say, the cost of these guides is very low.
